7–14 days after final design approval. Larger custom runs (1,000+ units) or full-custom-sizing orders may extend by 3–7 days; we'll confirm during the quote.

How fast are samples?

Standard samples ship within 7 days. Custom-print samples (your actual logo applied) take 5–10 days depending on artwork complexity.

How fast can we get a quote?

Within 60 minutes during business hours. Outside business hours, you'll have a reply on the next business morning.

Who do you ship with?

USPS, UPS, FedEx, and worldwide courier. Carrier selected at quote based on quantity, destination, and timeline.

Can I split-ship to multiple locations?

Yes. Districts often split-ship by campus; venues split by gate. One quote, multiple destinations. Logistics coordinated by your specialist.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes for accessories and small quantities. Larger bag shipments require a street address for courier delivery.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Tracking links go out by email when the carrier picks up your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Worldwide courier. Most international destinations covered.

Who pays customs duties?

The buyer is responsible for customs, duties, and import taxes per destination country's policy. We disclose freight separately so you can budget accordingly.
